Spring is the most beautiful season. It is a season when everything wakes up after a cold long winter. Snow is melting, new grass starts to appear, and birds are coming back and start building their nests. Spring is a very colorful season. It brings new flowers, new grass, new leaves on trees and bushes, new ideas and dreams. Spring is always associated with new beginnings. And this painting is all about the beautiful colorful spring. Spring time is time of love and adventures. It always reminds me of a fairy tale that will have a happy ending.

This artwork, as all my other paintings, is oil on canvas. My technique is to create many layers with plenty of texture. It usually takes a long time before the painting is finalized.
